Tips for caring for your sauna in winter

In winter the sauna heats up more slowly and moisture condenses more easily in the structures. A few small habits keep it in good shape all season.
1. Air it after heating
Leave the door ajar and let the stove's remaining heat dry the benches.
2. Replace the stones regularly
Crumbling stones weaken the löyly. Check them at least once a year.
Good löyly comes from clean stones, dry benches, and an unhurried moment.
